eAYSO Course Sign Up How To:

1. If you are a registered AYSO volunteer in the www.eAYSO.org database and have your eAYSO user name and password setup, go to step 4 to register for a course(s).
2. If you are a registered AYSO volunteer in the eayso.org database for the current registration year August 1 to July 31, and do not have an user name and password, go to the www.eayso.org Click on "First Time" if have you never used eAYSO. If you used eAYSO previously, but didn't get a user name and password, click on "Click here". When you obtain your user name and password, go to step 4.
3. If you are not an AYSO registered volunteer, please go to the www.eayso.org website. On the "Welcome" web page, click on "First Time", click on the AYSO Volunteers button, and follow the instructions complete a Volunteer Application and sign up for a course(s). Submit two signed copies of your completed Volunteer Application pre-registration form to your region's Child and Volunteer Protection Advocate or Regional Commissioner and inform your region's Coach Administrator, Referee Administrator or Regional Commissioner about the course(s) which you want to take. One of these people should be able to register you for the course(s) you want if you could not do so using eAYSO. Be sure to use exactly the same name as you put on your Volunteer Application pre-registration form.
4. Go to www.eayso.org if you already have your eAYSO user name and password setup and you are a registered AYSO volunteer in the www.eayso.org database, then:
   
   
   1. Login with your user name and password.
   2. Make note of your AYSOID #.
   3. Select "LookUp - Courses". If you do not see "LookUp - Courses", on your eAYSO main web page, contact your Regional Coach Administrator or Commissioner to sign you up or grant the eAYSO access rights to you for Lookup Course so you sign up yourself.
   4. Enter "Roster Number" if available above or course name and click on "Search". Otherwise, enter Section 3, Area T, the Course Start and End Dates and click on "Search" for a list of available courses.
   5. Choose a course by clicking on the circle (radio button) at the left in front of course entry and click on "Course Signup" button.
   6. Enter your eAYSO ID number and click on "Search for a Volunteer". Click on the Radio button (small) circle to left of your Member Name. (If you have multiple AYSO ID records, select each one to determine which is your registered record and not a Pre-Registration record.) Then click on "Add Attendee to Program Roster". You should receive a confirmation screen.
